Pitch dark, tagged walls, small tables, waiving Japanese cats, red dusty lanterns and some drunk Japanese people. We wait for a little while, but it doesn’t take long before the hostess takes us to the back of the place. We walk down the “secret” stairs at Sake Bar Decibel and end up at a tiny little bar. It’s because my boyfriend notices the sign and how kind of underground it looks when passing by.
